Karikol, the Brussels' Slow Food Convivium
Created in July 2007, Karikol, the Brussels Slow Food convivium, is a non-profit organisation aiming at promoting the key ideas of Slow Food. Karikol has an additional target in Brussels, which is to promote the vast number of culinary cultures present in the capital.
