Marzipan Balls with Almond and Chocolate |

Ingredients
Makes +/- 30 pieces
| Preparation |
- 30 almonds, blanched
- 30gr/1oz dark chocolate
- ? teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 250gr/8?oz good quality ready-made marzipan dough (50% almond)

Toast the almonds in a
dry pan until golden brown. Add chocolate and cinnamon. Turn off the
heat and stir to combine. Transfer to a plate.
Roll
out marzipan dough using a thin dusting of confectioners' sugar. Cut in
small pieces. Shape into balls. Make indentation in each ball. Fill
center with one almond.
