"The cooking lesson on Saturday evening was great fun. We all enjoyed making the food as well as eating it. We had North African selection: marinated peppers, carrots in cumin, stuffed rolls (filo pastry with mincemeat and spices, Chicken tajine, and delicious marzipan dessert. Preserved lemons that we took home and can use ourselves for cooking. The explanations were clear and simple, very enthusiastic and ambiance was very culinery - wine flowed, chit chat endless and lots of learning. Thank you for this opportunity and I am sure we will be happen to attend another session and learn more."

"As soon as we arrived, we had a cuppa and adorned our aprons! Malika gave us some background information and our course material... What were we to cook?? Millefeuilles d'aubergines, Sauce pistou, Chicken & olive Casserole, Potato & celeriac Purée, Fruit Tian. This was a hands-on course so we were really involved. The ambience was wonderful, and the provincial flavours soon flooded the room. We were hungry way before the meal was prepared :-) We sat down to eat our meal with a wine from the Languedoc-Roussillon... The conversation although mostly food oriented was, as usual, very eclectic...We finished at 14.00 and all of us left very satisfied..."
