Sprouting 101

Germination is a process that increases considerably the nutritional value of those seeds. Its components (vitamins, mineral salts, oligo-elements) are in a few days multiplied by 5, 6, even more.
In this class, you will discover which type of seeds can be easily germinated and their benefits on our vitality. You will prepare various dishes with sprouts such as rauw sauces, vegetable or nuts spreads, using also the method of low temperature cooking. At the end of the class, you will enjoy the food you have prepared and you will receive a copy of all the recipes and the explanation on how to make germination at home.

How to avoid the hypoglycemia? What to eat for breakfast and feel in a good shape till lunch time?
In this class, you will discover healthy alternatives to the usual toasted bread and butter. What is the best time to eat a fruit ? What about omega 3 and 6 which are essential daily, which fat ?, which sugar ?, which flour without gluten,?
All those points will be explained simply and illustrated by different recipes you will be invited to prepare.
