Stuffed Dried Figs with Goat Cheese and Hazelnut Oil |

Makes 4 servings (appetizer)

Preparation |
- 8 good quality dried figs
- 50gr/2 oz goat cheese (log)
- Hazelnut oil
- Red pepper corn
|
With a sharp knife, open the figs. Scoop a piece of goats cheese into the figs. Season with crushed red pepper corn and freshly ground black pepper. Sprinkle with hazelnut oil just before grilling. Place under the grill for about 3 minutes. Serve immediately.
Delicious served with a fresh herbs salad! |
