I’m deeply involved in the promotion of a sustainable agriculture and the positive shift of the food industry toward local, small-scale sustainable farming.

I invite you to learn more about the Sustainable Table, join the Slow Food movement or participate in the Brussels' convivium activities. Are you a chef or a caterer wanting to start a sustainable cuisine program? I provide technical assistance to start an ecologically sound approach to food services and menus.

You may want to try new recipes or organize a tailored cooking event featuring local, organic and seasonal products. You may also need the services of a recipe designer and food styler.
